Herbie Popnecker sure was a strange super hero. In fact, he was more of an anti-hero. Herbie's father called him a "little fat nothing". Herbie could fly by walking on air, talk to animals, become invisible, travel through time and visit world leaders throughout history. And many of these powers came from magical lollipops. Herbie's catch phrase was "You want I to bop you with this here lollipop?'. In this issue: Herbie & The Dragon's Tears".
